There are still a few pending deliveries and/or assignment to companies, for new FDNY company apparatus that have either a purchase order, and/or actual contract.

In the pumper category, KME is building one 2000 gpm "Severe Service" pumper as an "add-on" to the already delivered 91 identical KMEs, of which 4 are carried as 2014s, 40 are carried as 2015s and 47 carried as 2016s. The add-on is going to Engine Company 312 to replace one of the 2015s relinquished due to accident damage. The oldest pumpers still in first line service are the several remaining 2008 Seagraves.  An additional major order from KME is still pending finalization

There are no new 100 foot tillered aerials on order, as all of 13 actual TDAs in service are 2012s or newer. Seven of the fifteen Ferrara 100 foot rearmounts are still pending assignment. They will be going soon to Ladder Companies 2, 25, 47, 102, 103, 122 and 148. Of those already in service, four are carried as 2016s and the other four as 2017s. When the seven  are put in service, the oldest in service rearmounts will be the 2011 Ferraras. Only one of the original twelve 75 foot Seagrave Attacker HD towerladders is still waiting assignment to Ladder Company 120. Of the others on the order, five are carried as 2015, five as 2016s and one as a 2017.  A add-on is pending for Ladder Company 164. After that, the oldest 75 foot towerladders will be the twenty-two 2010 Seagraves. There are no 95 foot towerladders on order, as the oldest in service is a 2014 Seagrave.

Five new Ferrara heavy rescues are on order and still pending delivery, all to replace the current  five rescues which are 2011 Ferrara Ultras. Also on actual order from Ferrara is one Haz-Mat, which will replace the current first piece of Haz-Mat Company 1, a 2011 Ferrara Ultra.

Two of the remaining new 2017 Ferrara Ultra model 100 foot rearmount aerials entered FDNY service yesterday, August 25th. They are Ladder Company 103 in Brooklyn with FDNY Reg.# FL17006 and Ladder Company 148, also in Brooklyn with Reg.# FL17008. Each replaced a 2006 Seagrave 100 foot rearmount at those companies. The remaining three 2017 FDNY Ferrara rearmounts left to enter service will be going to Ladder Companies 2, 47 and 102. Those three units have the last remaining 2006 Seagrave rearmounts still in first line service. Also on actual order and still not in service is the 2017 Seagrave 75 foot Attacker HD towerladder going to Ladder Company 120, to replace a 2006 Seagrave Commander II 75 foot towerladder.

See posting of August 26, 2017. In addition to those vehicles mentioned, an actual purchase order was awarded to Seagrave on August 24, 2017 for the delivery of an additional 75 foot towerladder that will be assigned to Ladder Company 164 in Queens. After Ladder 120 gets their pending 2017 Seagrave 75 foot towerladder, Ladder 164 had the last of the 2006 Seagrave 75 foot towerladders still in service. The new Seagrave, not expected until next year, will replace that apparatus. The oldest 75 foot towerladders after them were twenty-two Seagrave 2010s, all placed in service during 2010 and 2011. The oldest 95 foot towerladders still in service are six 2012 Seagraves and eight 2013 Seagraves.
