Step (1)
- Wooden Dowel. 10mm wide X 15mm tall. cut
dowel to 15mm and sand edges smooth.
- Tape. Cut tape for the middle section into a
5mm wide and top into 2mm wide strips
using the electrical or medical tape. Use a
Hobby knife to cut.
- Wrapping the Dowel. Wrap the tape around the
dowel and cut off the excess at the back. Do
this for both the middle and the top. This
creates the shape for the top and middle of the
Cooler.
- Squeeze the tape tightly. the warmth of your
fingers will adhere the electrical tape very
well. When using the medical tape you might have
to smear some Elmer's or Weldbond glue over the
tape and let dry. It dries hard and clear. Let
the glue dry completely before the next step.
